		GRAD 2012 CONVOCATION & GRAD DINNER Convocation will be held at the Winnipeg Convention Centre on Thursday, June 28th at 8:30 AM. 		GRAD FUNDRAISING REIMBURSEMENTS Reimbursements for individual grad fundraising are now available from the school office. Cheques have been issued in the name of the mother of each graduate who must pick up the cheque and sign a letter stipulating that the funds will be used for the purpose of purchasing tickets to the graduation dinner/dance. This is necessary for the school’s financial auditing purposes. Tickets will be on sale at Ticketmaster from 12pm on May 14th until June 18th. Remember the password to purchase tickets to this event is HUSKIES
		Due to Provincial Exams, the last "Late Start Tuesday" will be May 22, 2012 for the remainder of the school year.

		From the Principal: Our final Parent Advisory meeting of the year will be held on Tuesday, May 15th at 7:00 p.m. in our library. At this meeting Mr. Darren Kuropatwa, one of our divisional IT Coordinators will be making a presentation on safety concerns for parents with regards to their children and modern technologies. Darren is an excellent presenter who is very well informed in this area. I think you would find this presentation interesting, informative and possibly somewhat troubling. I hope you can join us. 		Attendance reporting by email can be sent to attendance_cshc@sjsd.net LATE POLICY All students in all grades who are late for class must report to the office to meet with an administrator to explain the reasons for their late arrival and to receive a late slip. Teachers will only allow students into class if they have a late slip. Students will be assigned a one hour detention if they accumulates three (3) lates.
